Bulgogi Steak
- 3 T soy sauce
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1 T sesame seeds
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp white sugar or 2 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 lb thinly sliced beef sirloin
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
In a large resealable plastic bag combine ingredients and marinate overnight. Grill or stir fry and serve with basmati rice and vegetables.
I acutally used a cheaper cut of beef marinated first for a night in buttermilk to tenderize it. Then I rinsed it off and marinated with the sauce above.
