New Releases & Re-releasesWell... life kind of broke down since my last newsletter, didn't it!? Personally, I go between moments of normality and moments of utter stress. I'm the kind of person who lives their life with the cup half full so I find it hard to not have an end date in my head for when we can resume our normal life. Last weekend we had snow and this week it feels like summer here in Oregon - I've taken advantage to go out for good walks to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air and to calm my soul. While out I was quite horrified and frankly angered to see parents still having their kids playing on the play structures at the local park thinking this virus couldn't happen to the and teen boys playing basketball at sport courts now that school is out. I hope everyone will remember the reason behind staying isolated for a few weeks - even if people get sick, we need them not to all get sick at once or doctors and nurses will have to make decisions over who lives and dies simply because the hospitals don't have enough ventilators. We need to not infect those among us who are vulnerable and more likely to be in big trouble if they catch this virus. Just because you don't have symptoms right now, it doesn't mean you don't already have the virus nor that you aren't spreading it. So while each day this week it felt like we lost one more part of our normal routine - when my local city finally closed the play structures and sport courts to people, I was relieved. Things are likely to get worse before they get better so treat everyone with love and kindness and respect and keep your sense of humor intact because humor is how many of us deal with tough times.
I'll try to keep getting kits out to you because we adults need our fun - right?! So first up this week is a new set of templates inspired by Butterfly Season. They are available as png, tiff, or psd files.
My CT outdid themselves again! This is just a small sample of the amazing work of my CT.
Here are this weeks re-releases new to Sweet Shoppe
Who doesn't love Pandas? Show your love of the cuddly creature with this mini kit!
Also releasing is Sassitude! Do know a few people filled with lots of Sass? This kit is filled with everything you need to craft
a perfect layout!
My next re-releases will add an extra pop to your pages! Flowery Brushes come as abr brush files and as png files. The pngs are actually twice the size you see in the preview.
And here is a package of wood tags for a great little organic element in your layout. They make a great layering element.
Here are a few of my own layouts that used wood tags.
Lastly, I've brought back In the Band. I added a bunch of journal cards as I always felt the kit needed a few more. Everything else is as dang cute as it was when first released back in the summer. This collection is filled with instruments you probably won't find elsewhere. So if your kid plays the cowbell in the band - I've got you covered.
I'll let you head to the store for a good look at all the packs but here is a look at the new card packs for you...
New freebies for 2020 are coming to Sweet Shoppe Designs today and I made mine to coordinate with Butterfly Season!
